Facility Coordinator

The Role

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is hiring a Facility Coordinator for a Financial Services client in Basel. Responsibilities include space planning, monitoring helpdesk queries, visitor inquiries, and maintaining professional appearance. Additional duties entail vendor management, invoice processing, maintenance scheduling, and collaborating with the Facilities Manager.

Requirements

Candidates should possess excellent customer care skills, experience in professional services, and financial management abilities. Strong vendor relationship management, advanced Microsoft Office skills, and fluency in English and German are required. A minimum of 4 years' experience, flexibility, and a proactive approach are essential.
