Controls Engineer - Customer Service

The Role

The Controls Engineer - Customer Service will engage in building strong relationships with clients and provide technical support for assembly line equipment. Responsibilities include software improvements on machines, supporting project teams for new machine developments, integrating automation solutions, and optimizing production lines using industry 4.0 tools.

Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in industrial computing or equivalent experience is required. Candidates should possess skills in object-oriented programming (C++ or similar) and SQL Server or PLC programming. Familiarity with automation technologies, data analysis, and industry 4.0 is beneficial. Proficiency in French and English is essential, while German is advantageous. Travel commitment is 20%-25%.
