Forschungspraktikum zu Koffein und Schlaf
The Role
For our study on the effects of caffeine on sleep, behavior, and underlying cerebral mechanisms in teenagers with sleep deprivation, we are continuously looking for new interns with possible weekend evening commitments. The project will use various techniques like fMRI, EEG, behavioral tasks, and questionnaires. The internship is located at the Zentrum für Chronobiologie and the MCN platform of the University of Basel and will last a minimum of 4 months. Please note this is an unpaid position.
Requirements
Good organizational skills, interest in learning EEG and/or MRI data acquisition, working with teenagers and parents, enthusiasm, and friendliness. Interest in acquiring programming skills, good German and English skills. Flexibility regarding working hours (evenings and weekends).
