Peer 2 Peer Advocacy Manager (m/f/d) - 80% Working, Field-Based

The Role

GSK is seeking a Commercial Peer 2 Peer Advocacy Manager to lead the Peer 2 Peer Engagement strategy. The role involves planning and executing engagements across Switzerland to drive sales and brand messaging. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and medical teams, and organize promotional scientific events. The position focuses on developing a network of External Expert speakers and ensuring compliance with regulations. The role aims to drive sales uptake and communicate brand strategies effectively.

Requirements

Candidates should have a Master’s degree in life science or business administration, with a PhD or MBA being a plus. Multiple years of experience in brand management, product management, or commercial roles in the pharmaceutical industry are required. Applicants should possess project management skills, commercial acumen, and be fluent in English and German. Excellent interpersonal communication, presentation skills, and a strong performance mindset are essential. Knowledge of French or Italian is an advantage.
