Bookkeeper

The Role

A skilled bookkeeper is needed at Boréal Coffee Company to oversee complete accounting management. Responsibilities include accounting records management, VAT and tax handling, reconciling bank/vendor/customer accounts, monthly journal entries, payments processing, and financial report preparation for internal and external audits. This is a part-time, office-based role at 40%.

Requirements

The candidate must have qualifications in Accounting or Business Administration, knowledge of Bexio software, and a minimum of 2 years of experience. Advanced Excel skills, understanding of VAT regulations, and fluency in English are essential. The role requires organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage tasks in a dynamic environment.
