The Role

The Senior Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist is tasked with leading the development and execution of A/B testing and optimization initiatives for Triumph's e-commerce department in Wallisellen, Switzerland. Responsibilities include analyzing user data and website performance, designing A/B tests, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining a testing framework.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in conversion rate optimization or digital analytics within the e-commerce industry, with a proven track record of A/B testing strategies. Proficiency in web analytics and A/B testing tools, along with strong analytical and communication skills, is required. Fluency in English is necessary, while German is a plus.
