Requirements
We seek a communicative individual with customer handling enjoyment, able to work under pressure and express unspoken needs. Proficiency in German and English is essential, French is a plus. Organizational skills, team cooperation, digital affinity, and openness to new software and AI are key. IT-specialized knowledge isn't needed.
