The Role
The Serge Rachmaninoff Foundation in Weggis manages the cultural offerings around the Villa Senar. They are seeking two motivated individuals, or one person to combine both roles, to join their team from January 1, 2026. The roles focus on enhancing the Foundation's strategy, marketing, communication, partner and stakeholder management, ticketing, event organization, and adoption of new media and technologies.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should hold a higher education degree, have a passion for culture and music, strong service and customer orientation, initiative, decision-making ability, responsibility, excellent communication and networking skills, and proficiency in German and English. Strong IT skills, particularly in WordPress and CRM systems, as well as a structured work approach, flexibility, and team spirit, are also required. Residency or connection to Central Switzerland/Lucerne is a plus.
