Asset Manager
The Role
As part of Swiss Post's real estate portfolio management, the Asset Manager is responsible for the strategic management and development of around 650 properties. The role involves managing a diverse portfolio of approximately 200 properties, setting object strategies with stakeholders, overseeing renovation and new construction projects, and conducting economic feasibility studies. The Asset Manager ensures the profitability expectations are met and represents Swiss Post as a property owner.
Requirements
Candidates should have several years of experience in asset or portfolio management, preferably with CREM or PREM knowledge. A higher degree with specialization in real estate, construction, or architecture is required. The role demands strategic thinking, high self-organization, and the ability to communicate fluently in German and either French or Italian depending on the region. Candidates should be proactive and able to balance client needs with ownership interests.
