Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field is required, with a preference for CFA or FRM qualifications. Candidates should have 2-4 years experience in fixed income research or analysis. Strong quantitative skills, financial modeling proficiency, and a good understanding of risk metrics are essential, along with excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
