Sales/Marketing

This role involves taking charge of acquiring abo+ partnerships for CH Media's daily newspapers, from contract negotiation to implementation. Maintaining close communication with partners and clients, developing existing collaborations while identifying growth potentials, and implementing marketing measures according to CI/CD guidelines are key responsibilities. Participation in a small, agile team to support regional marketing is also essential.

The ideal candidate should have experience in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service, preferably in the media or service sector. They should be persuasive with negotiation skills, data-oriented, able to interpret KPIs, and eager to take responsibility for results. An educational background in Marketing, Communication, or Sales is required. A love for digital media, adaptability, and the ability to work primarily in Lucerne while supporting other locations when needed are necessary.
