Your role includes maintaining personal data in SuccessFactors and SAP, drafting contracts and correspondence, handling HR administration tasks, and participating in HR projects.

You should be enrolled as a student in a Bachelor's degree or HF in Business, Economics, or a similar field. An interest in administrative HR processes is essential. You need to be reliable, independent, and precise, with a strong IT affinity and enthusiasm for digital tools. Teamwork and a respectful approach to working with people are vital. Proficiency in these areas will allow you to thrive in this position.
