Brand ambassador role for 25hours Hotels and Mama Shelter, focusing on development and maintenance of customer contacts, acquiring new customers, and maintaining existing ones in MICE & Corporate and Leisure Groups segments. Responsibilities include event representation, market analysis, hotel tours, and sales performance. Co-design activities for the reopening of Mama Shelter.

Experience in a similar-sized hotel with responsibility in events department. Fluent in German and English, other languages advantageous. Capable of inspiring customer interest, with familiarity in CRM systems. Ability to manage administrative tasks effectively.
