Kundenbegleiter RailCoaster (m/w/d)

The SBB Deutschland is seeking Kundenbegleiter with a host mentality on a mini-job basis for the period April 12 to November 2, every Saturday and Sunday. The role involves being a host at the platform during departure and throughout the train ride, being a competent contact person for travelers, and providing information on train connections and in case of disruptions or emergencies. Duties also include distributing goodies, snacks, and beverages, and managing passengers to and from buses.

Applicants should ideally have experience in hospitality, transport, or tourism and a host mentality. A communicative nature, good German skills, clean and secure appearance, reliable, independent, and customer-oriented actions are essential. Willingness to work on weekends within the specified time frames is required.
