Manager del Consulting Group Post (CGP)

As a manager of the Consulting Group Post (CGP), you will accelerate strategically relevant projects at group and unit levels. You will assist group and functional units with your solution proposals and methodological expertise, ensuring competent strategic and business consulting. You will support the development of business cases, activity sectors, business models, and operational excellence implementations. Additionally, you'll contribute to the formation of an efficient team established in summer 2022.

A university degree (Master, MBA, or PhD) with a focus on business management or strategic development is required. Experience in consulting, transformation, and change processes is crucial. Familiarity with concepts like post-merger integration, digital transformation, and business development is required. Fluency in German and English, with another national language as a plus, alongside strong communication and consultation skills.
